Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which donations and contributions are handled.
1. Donations
- All donations made to Anupama Educational And Welfare Trust are voluntary, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- Once a donation is made, it is assumed to be made with full consent and understanding, and it will be used to support our ongoing and upcoming welfare projects.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Once a donation is processed successfully through our payment gateway or any other method (bank transfer, cash, cheque), it cannot be cancelled.
- Donors are advised to check all details carefully before confirming the donation, including the donation amount and their contact information.
3. Duplicate Transactions
If you believe that a donation was made by mistake or you made a duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. After verifying the details, we may process a partial or full refund, at our discretion.
To request a refund for a duplicate transaction, kindly email us at ngoanupama@gmail.com or rajkumarkaranpur@gmail.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Transaction ID
- Donation Amount
- Date of Transaction
- Mode of Payment
- Reason for Refund Request
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you suspect that your account has been used to make an unauthorized donation, notify your bank and us immediately. We will cooperate fully with you and the relevant authorities to investigate the issue.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment.
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
